Time for a little self care after an amazing Pride weekend! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ This week’s Community Care Meetup is all about grounding ourselves in the joy we created and shared during Chattanooga Pride ✨️ So often, terms like self care are used to sell us products or feed us shame. But self care isn’t just bubble baths and lo-fi playlists. It’s all the stuff we do to keep us going physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually. That’s work no one should have to do alone! At its core, CQEC is about strengthening our community by bringing us together. So join us this Tuesday as we explore what builds us up, what keeps us strong, and what empowers us in the face of whatever the world throws our way!” 🕠 Organizers Meeting at 5:30 — all are welcome!
